The only things that I see wrong with it are:
the microphone - it kind of looks like it's coming from the lady's butt. Maybe if it was raised a little higher or moved a little bit to the left it wouldn't look like that.
Awesome idea to incorporate your info on the card in front! It's a brilliant advertisement!!
I like how the bunny in front draws your attention first, and you eye follows the motion all the way to the back of the picture. There is a lot of action, and it makes you have to stop and take a good look to see it all!
You've set up a fantastic scene here that not only shows off your skill to such a high degree, but also tells a story that makes us want to see more.
The characters are wonderfully designed, have great expressions, and you've made use of a Magician's entire bag of tricks in keeping the action going. On a technical side, everything is beautiful in the coloring and shading. The lighting is believable all the way down to the little details in the exit sign's red glow, the bricks, and the curtains.
One thing that keeps catching my eye though, is the microphone behind the assistant. I don't know if it's the fact that it's the only thing in that space of darkness that is catching any of the stage light, but my eye keeps being drawn to it. It's nothing big, but my eye keeps being pulled over there and it's just a slight distraction to me. It's a similar thing with the two safety lamps atop the exit sign. I don't know if bringing the brightness down a little bit on just the lamps would be anything to try, but they catch my eye.
Bonus points for incorporating your business information within the picture as one of the playing cards! It's clever and doesn't subtract from the art like a simple pasted bit of text would.
Overall, this is such a charming piece and I adore how each of the characters has a role in the overall look, even the stage-hand who is amused at the scene. The bunny sitting on the magician's head is adorable!
This is excellent and I'm excited to see more of your work, and I'm sure anyone else who sees this will be craving more of your storytelling talent in your art!
